For months now, the Berry and we have been planning a family vacation, somewhere, someday. We settled on DeSoto State Park, day after Christmas. Christmas Day, just one day before our trip, the Jammers decided to join us. We split up into three cars on the way there. In the Jammer Bus there were all three little girls (Olivia, Vanessa and Emmy), Bee, Katie, Mariah, Me and Mr. and Mrs. Jammer. Mamma and Daddy had all girls too: (lucky Dad! More girls!) Jane Ellen, Rudy and Katrina. The Berry's Burb had the boys (Stevo, Josh, Benjamin, Stephan) and Hannah with Elder Berry (Mr. Berry) and Mum Berry (Mrs. Berry). The girls in the Jammer Bus wrote a poem about the trip, but I don't have it, unfortunately. On the way there we saw some snow falling, none accumulated, but once we got really close to DeSoto it was on the ground! We were freezing trying to unload everything. I can't find any pictures of the trip, so, stay tuned.......
